Policies & Procedures

Our policies allow us to provide a higher standard of service, therefore we have implemented them to provide you an exceptional experience. Appointment cancellation fees, unfortunately, are necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to every patient when they make appointments.

Payments & Rewards

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Care Credit, Alle gift cards & rewards, Aspire rewards, & Evolus Rewards (we partake in most aesthetic rewards programs). Depending on the treatment amount, payment options may be available as we are able to complete Care Credit applications.

Gift Certificates

Giving a gift certificate is convenient and since you choose the denomination, they are right for any budget. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not a valid form of payment for a no-show or cancellation fees. We have physical gift cards in the office and e-gift cards on our website.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask all new and established clients supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process the ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined.

  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will NOT receive a charge.

  • No-Shows or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee.

    • Appointment cancellation fees are relative to the service.

  • We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment through our website: www.averebeauty.com or by calling 412-952-7592.

  • When reserving your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment, however you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or fail to show up, an appointment cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card at that time. A reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 412-952-7592 or email info@averebeauty.com.

  • Multiple appointment reminders will be sent out to the number provided when you book your appointment. If you are unable to confirm, please use the automated service or call/text us to reschedule or cancel.

  • Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of the policies.

Refund Policy

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are non-transferable. As a medical office, we cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series. However, if possible, we will allow our patients to use the charges towards other services and/or products. Avere Beauty reserves the right to review all refund requests and make a decision on any resolution.

Our staff and medical professionals will thoroughly explain our services and do their best to maintain expectations of results. Because of the nature of many of our services, there is no guarantee of absolute results. Our in-office consent forms will explain in detail. By signing our consent forms and receiving treatment, you are agreeing to an understanding that our services are non-refundable.

If you have any questions or concerns, all inquiries will only be addressed and responded to through e-mail at info@averebeauty.com.

In the case of emergencies, we will ask that you provide a photograph of the area of concern and the date of treatment. We will schedule you a follow-up appointment to evaluate further options.

What if I am late to my appointment?

If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible. Please keep in mind with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next scheduled patient’s service can begin on time.

 

If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other patients whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive for your appointment. We will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day.
